What is the Discover Set?
The Discover Set allows you to experience a selection of Desir de Luxe fragrances in smaller sizes before choosing your full-size signature parfum. It's ideal if you're new to the collection or simply want to explore different fragrance profiles.
How long does the fragrance last?
Fragrance longevity can vary depending on the parfum, your skin type, weather, application, and environment. For best results, apply your parfum to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears, and avoid rubbing the fragrance into your skin after application.
Will the fragrance smell exactly the same on everyone?
Not necessarily. Fragrance interacts with your skin chemistry, which can affect how its notes develop and how long they last. This is one reason why discovering a scent on your own skin is an important part of finding your signature parfum.
Orders & Payment
How can I place an order?
Simply: Choose your parfum → Add to Cart → Proceed to Checkout → Enter your details → Confirm your order. You will receive your order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan, subject to location and courier availability.
Do you offer online payment?
If online payment is enabled on our website, available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, depending on the courier service being used. If you need assistance with your order, contact our Customer Care team.
Do you deliver all across Pakistan?
Yes. We aim to deliver Desir de Luxe parfums nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery availability and timelines may vary for certain remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my parfum?
Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. For products that arrive damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I return a parfum after opening or using it?
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used parfums are not eligible for return or exchange. If you're unsure which fragrance is right for you, we recommend trying our Discover Set before purchasing a full-size parfum.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video, if available
Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution if the claim is approved.
